在真空直流条件下对针针电极的环氧树脂进行闪络老化实验,闪络次数分别为0、50、100、200,通过原子力显微镜(AFM)观察材料表面,获取绝缘材料表面灰度图,并计算表面功率谱密度,定量分析材料表面形貌的变化趋势.结果表明:表面功率谱密度计算结果与定性分析一致;闪络老化后垂直于电极连线方向的低频谱值远大于沿电极方向的低频谱值,表明闪络后材料表面在垂直于电极连线的方向有更明显的沟壑和突起.

Ageing experiments of epoxy resin were carried out using pin-pin electrode under vacuum and DC condition, and the flashover times are 0, 50, 100, and 200. Then the material surface was observed via atomic force microscope (AFM) to obtain its surface grey-scale maps. Finally the surface power spec-tral density was tested to quantitatively analyze the change trend of surface morphology of the material, and the result is consistent with the qualitative analysis result. The low frequency spectra in the perpen-dicular direction of electrode line after flashover are far greater than that along the electrode direction, which indicate that there are more obvious gaps and texture perpendicular to the electrode line.
