为研究非对称重复方波电压对变频电机匝间绝缘局部放电和耐电晕寿命的影响规律,在对称和非对称重复方波电压下对变频绝缘单点放电模型的局部放电及耐电晕寿命进行了对比测试.结果表明:在非对称重复方波电压上升沿和下降沿产生的局部放电呈非对称分布特性,上升沿附近的放电幅值较大,而下降沿放电幅值较小.非对称重复方波电压下匝间绝缘试样的平均耐电晕寿命约为对称重复方波电压下的2倍.因此,当采用重复方波电压评估变频电机绝缘性能时,不仅要注意上升时间的影响,还要考虑下降时间的作用.

In order to study the effects of asymmetric repetitive squarewave voltage on partial discharge (PD) and corona resistance life of turn-to-turn insulation for inverter-fed motors, a large number of PD and corona resistance life tests were performed on single-contact crossed wires used in inverter-fed motors. The results show that the PD generated on the rising edge and falling edge of repetitive square wave voltages presents asymmetric distribution characteristics, the discharge amplitude around rising edge is higher, and the discharge amplitude around around falling edge is lower. The average corona resistance life of turn-to-turn insulation sample under asymmetric repetitive square wave voltage is twice greater than that under symmetric repetitive squarewave voltage. Therefore, the influence of rising time and the falling time should both be considered when the insulating properties of inverter-fed motors are evaluated using repetitive square wave voltage.
