为检测变压器的绕组变形等故障,根据方波信号具有检测频率宽、幅值高、操作简单等优点,提出了一种利用方波脉冲作为注入信号检测绕组故障的方法.首先利用PSPICE软件建立了变压器绕组的高频模型,通过改变绕组对地电容模拟轴向变形故障.然后将不同方波波形作为激励信号,通过改变方波类型、脉冲宽度及前沿时间来检测方波信号参数差异对检测绕组变形灵敏度的影响.结果表明:脉冲宽度和前沿上升时间对方波检测绕组微小变形的灵敏度有影响,脉冲宽度和前沿上升时间越小,检测绕组微小变形的灵敏度越高;纳秒方波脉冲更能反映故障绕组在高频区域的谐振信息.

To detect the wingding deformation faults of transformer, according to the advantages of wide detecting frequency, high amplitude, and easy operation of square signal, a new method, which used square signal as injecting signal to detect winding deformation, was proposed. A high frequency equiva-lent model of transformer winding was established using PSPICE software, and an axial deformation fault was simulated by changing the winding-to-ground capacitance. Then different waveform of square wave was used as drive signal, and the effect of signal parameters difference on the detecting sensitivity of winding deformation was anlyzed by changing the type, pulse width, and front edge time of square wave. The results show that the pulse width and front edge time of square wave have influence on the detecting sensitivity of micro-deformation winding. The samall the pulse width and front edge time, the higher the detecting sensitivity on the micro-deformation winding is. The nanosecond square impulse can better reflect the resonance information of fault winding.
