设计了一套可用于实时观测XLPE绝缘中水树枝老化过程的实验系统,对XLPE及其纳米复合材料中的水树枝引发及生长特性进行了研究,探讨了纳米复合材料微观结构对水树枝的抑制机理.采用实时显微数字摄像系统对水树枝引发和生长过程进行实时观测.结果表明:整个系统能够满足水树枝生长过程实时观测的要求,从可视化角度为深入研究XLPE绝缘中水树枝的引发和生长机理提供了试验研究平台.

An experimental system, which can observe the water tree ageing process in crosslinked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulation, was designed. The water tree initiation and growth characteristics of XLPE and its nanocomposites were studied, and the inhibition mechanism of microstructure of nanocomposite on the water tree was discussed. The initiation and growth process of water tree were observed by real-time microscope digital imaging system. The results show that the system could meet the require-ments of real-time observation of water tree growth process, which provides an experimental platform for studying the initiation and propagation mechanism of water tree in XLPE insulation from the visual angle.
