以含吡啶杂环的2,5-吡啶二羧酸和1,10-十碳二元胺为主要原料,经过酰氯化、界面缩合和固相后聚合三步合成了一种主链含吡啶杂环的新型长碳链半芳香聚酰胺.采用红外光谱、核磁共振、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、X射线衍射、紫外-可见光光谱和溶解性测试对其结构和性能进行了表征.结果显示,该杂环半芳香聚酰胺具有良好的耐热性能,其初始分解温度(Td0)为410℃,熔点(Tm)为243℃,在常见的极性溶剂(如三氟乙酸、二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和二甲基亚砜等)中具有良好的溶解性,且其透光性能优于同类别的含苯环半芳香聚酰胺.

Using pyridine-containing heterocyclic 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and 1,10 dec-diamine as main raw material,the semi-aromatic polyamide of which the main chain contained the new long carbon chain pyridine heterocyclic was synthesized through three-step synthesis of acyl chlorination,interfacial condensation polymerization and solid phase polymerization.FT-IR,1H-NMR,DSC,TG,XRD,UV-vis and solvent test were used to characterize the structure and performance.The results show that the heterocyclic semi-aromatic polyamide has excellent heat resistance,the initial decomposition temperature (Ta0) is 410 ℃,melting point (Tm) is 243 ℃,in common polar solvent (such as trifluoroacetic acid,dimethyl acetamide,N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone,and dimethyl sulfoxide,etc) shows good solubility,and its light transmission properties are superior to the benzene ring of the same class of semi-aromatic polyamide.
