研究了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、三元乙丙橡胶和苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)的共混物交联发泡材料的摩擦和磨损过程,并用动态力学热分析探讨了损耗角正切值(tanδ)与摩擦和磨损的关系,扫描电镜分析磨痕和磨损机理.结果表明,摩擦系数和磨损体积随tanδ和储能模量的变化有对应关系,均在SEBS质量分数为40%时达到最大值且磨损体积与应变能密度的倒数线性相关,这可预测其耐磨性能并为产品应用开发提供技术支持.

The friction and wear processes of the cross-linked and foamed material of the blend of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer rubber and styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS) with different blending compositions were investigated.Effects of loss angle tangent (tanδ) of this material on friction and wear characteristics were studied by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis.The worn surfaces and mechanisms were examined through scanning electron microscope.Experimental results show that both the friction coefficient and abrasion volume are corresponding to the changes of tanδ and the storage modulus,and they reach the maximum value at the SEBS mass fraction of 40 %.The abrasion volume is linearly associated with the reciprocal of its strain energy density.Hence,it can be used to predict the wear resistance and provide technical support for application of this kind of material.
