碳纤维增强聚乳酸(C/PLA)复合材料是较为理想的可降解骨折内固定材料.文中研究了不同脉冲电磁场(PEF)参数作用下C/PLA的体外降解特性.结果表明,改变脉冲电磁场的电压和频率,对C/PLA降解过程中的吸水率、质量保持率以及力学性能具有较大影响,并主要影响界面降解;模型分析指出,PEF电压和频率改变了C/PLA降解过程的H+、OH-等离子的运动轨迹,进而影响界面处高浓度离子聚集区的分布.在PEF设备固定情况下,调整电压和频率可有效控制C/PLA的体外降解过程.

Carbon fiber-reinforced polylactide (C/PLA) composite is a promising degradable implanted material used for internal fracture fixation.The degradation characteristics of C/PLA under different PEF technique parameters were studied.The results show that the voltage and frequency of pulse electromagnetic field (PEF) have great influence on the water absorption rate,mass retention and mechanical properties,and mainly affects degradation of the interface;the model analysis indicates that the voltage and frequency of PEF change trajectories of H+,OH-and others in degradation process,then affects dispersion of the high concentration of ions at the interface.So under PEF equipment fixed,adjusting the voltage and frequency can effectively control the degradation process of C/PLA composites in vitro.
