以水溶性聚酯树脂和氨基树脂为主要原料,通过超声波处理,制备水溶性聚酯硅钢片漆.通过对硅钢片漆的力学性能、绝缘性能和固化速度的分析,确定氨基树脂的最佳用量为20%(质量分数).通过对超声波改性后硅钢片漆的力学性能、绝缘性能、表面粗糙度和固化速度的分析,研究了不同的超声时间对硅钢片漆性能的影响,确定超声波改性的最佳时间为5h,此时硅钢片漆性能不受超声波改性的影响,硅钢片漆的固化过程更加平稳,同时表面粗糙度降低.

The water-soluble electrical coating was comprised with water-soluble polyester and amino resin,and modified by ultrasound.The best content of amino resin is 20 % by the analysis of coating electrical,mechanism performance and curing speed tested by DEA.The coating electrical,mechanism performance and curing speed were also analyzed to check the effect of ultrasonic modification.The results indicate that the surface roughness of the coating film tested by AFM decreases as the modified time is 5 h,and other performances are not changed.
