白炭黑是一种重要的橡胶填料,通过硅烷偶联剂改性,制备了不同接枝率白炭黑填充的溶聚丁苯橡胶.研究表明,接枝改性后白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散得到改善,增强效果提升,裂纹生长速率随接枝率显著降低.进一步在动态载荷下对橡胶裂纹尖端进行正面观察其韧带生成、生长以及断裂的情况,发现随接枝率的提高,裂纹尖端韧带分布呈均匀化和细化的趋势.基于开裂形态与断裂面分析揭示了改性白炭黑填充溶聚丁苯橡胶抗裂纹生长能力提高的原因.

Silica is of vital importance in rubber industry.In this work,silane coupling agent grafted silica particles (MSilica) with different grafting amount were prepared.These MSilica were used to prepare MSilica filled butadiene styrene rubber (SSBR).Results indicate that better dispersion of silica is achieved by grafting modification.Meanwhile,a strong filler network is formed,which lead to increase of the modulus.As the grafting amount increases,the crack growth rate of MSilica/SSBR decreases markedly.By an original real-time monitoring method,the crack tip morphology of MSilica/SSBR was investigated.It is found that the ligaments on the crack tip become thinner and more homogeneous.Finally,the mechanism of the influence of grafting modified silica on the crack growth behavior was proposed.
