采用预辐照与悬浮接枝聚合技术制备了接枝率为18%的超高分子量聚乙烯接枝聚苯乙烯(UHMWE-g-PS)接枝共聚物,将其作为聚苯醚(PPO)与超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)共混物的增容剂.利用核磁共振、差示扫描量热分析、扫描电镜、电子万能试验机、洛氏硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机等对PPO/UHMWPE-g-PS/UHMWPE共混物的形态、结构及性能进行了研究.结果表明,随着UHMWPE-g-PS的增加,PPO与UHMWPE相容性提高;增加UHMWPE-g-PS百分含量,共混物的力学性能得到改善,其冲击强度达纯PPO的3倍以上;当PPO/UHMWPE-g-PS/UHMWPE质量比为95/5/0时,磨损体积降为PPO的5.2%,摩擦系数降低了49%,共混物的耐磨性显著提高.

The UHMWPE-g-PS copolymer with the grafting degree of 18 % was prepared bypre-irradiation and suspension grafting polymerization technique.The UHMWPE-g-PS was used to compatibilizer for blends of polyphenylene oxide (PPO) and UHMWPE.The morphology,structure and properties of PPO/UHMWPE-g-PS/ UHMWPE blends were investigated by 1H-NMR,DSC,SEM,material testing machine,rockwell hardnss tester,friction and wear testing machine.The compatibilization of PPO/UHMWPE-g-PS/UHMWPE blends is improved with increase of the UHMWPE-g-PS parts;the impact strength of PPO/UHMWPE-g-PS/UHMWPE blends is 3 times higher than PPO;the wear volume and the friction coefficient of PPO MWPE-g-PS/UHMWPE (95/5/0) blends are 5.2 % of PPO and 49 % lower than PPO,respectively.
