通过辐照法制备高熔体强度聚丙烯(HMSPP)具有操作简便、快捷、效率高、无污染、节能环保、性能稳定等特点.HMSPP与通用聚丙烯(PP)相比具有更高的熔体强度、更宽的加工温度范围以及更优秀的力学性能,因此聚丙烯的应用范围得到拓展,应用前景更加广阔.文中通过比较不同射线辐照制备HMSPP的方法的优缺点和熔体强度的表征方法两方面综述了近年来国内外辐照法制备高熔体强度聚丙烯的研究进展以及发展前景.

The preparation of high melt strength polypropylene (HMSPP) by irradiation method is simple,rapid,highly efficient,energy saving and environment friendly etc.Compared with the normal polypropylene (PP),HMSPP has higher melting strength,wider range of processing temperature,better mechanical properties and so on.Therefore,HMSPP has extensive range of applications and prospects because of these advantages.The advantages and disadvantages of preparation methods of HMSPP by different radiographs were compared.This paper stated the research progress and prospects of preparing HMSPP by irradiation methods in the preparation of HMSPP and the characterization method of melt strength.
