采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、数字图像处理软件和表面粗糙度仪研究了纯铝和6061铝合金两种基体上微弧氧化(MAO)陶瓷层的构相、微观形貌、元素组成、厚度和粗糙度随微弧氧化时间的变化.结果表明,微弧氧化初期所得陶瓷层的主要相为γ-Al2O3,微弧氧化后期所得陶瓷层均存在W相、AlPO4相和SiO2相.随微弧氧化时间延长,MAO陶瓷层的厚度增大,纯铝表面MAO陶瓷层的生长速率大于6061铝合金表面MAO陶瓷层的生长速率;MAO陶瓷层的粗糙度受其结构和厚度的影响.

The phases,microscopic morphologies,elemental compositions,thickness and roughness of the micro-arc oxidation (MAO) ceramic coatings on pure aluminum and 6061 aluminum alloy with the prolonging of micro-arc oxidation time were analyzed using X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,digital graph processing software and surface roughness tester.The results showed that the ceramic coatings formed at early stage were mainly composed of γ-Al2O3 phase,and the coatings obtained at last stage have W,A1PO4 and SiO2 phases.With the prolonging of micro-arc oxidation time,the thickness of MAO ceramic coating is increased and the growth rate of MAO ceramic coating on pure Al is higher than that on 6061 Al alloy.The roughness of MAO ceramic coating is affected by its structure and thickness.
