通过超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺在铜基体上制备了NiCrAlY涂层,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪表征了涂层的微观形貌、孔隙率及氧化物成分.涂层在700、800和900℃下进行的24 h恒温氧化试验表明涂层具有良好的抗高温氧化性.涂层分别能承受在600、700和800℃进行的水淬热震试验55、30和12次,可见其热稳定性较好.

A NiCrAlY coating was prepared on copper substrate by high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) spraying process.The micromorphology,porosity and composition of oxidation products of the coating were characterized by scanning electronmicroscope and energy-dispersive spectrometer.The results of isothermal oxidation tests,operated at 700,800 and 900 ℃respectively for 24 h,showed that the coating has good high-temperature oxidation resistance.The coating can bear thermalshock tests at 600,700 and 800 ℃ with water quenching 55,30 and 12 times respectively,showing a good thermal stability.
