利用高温电阻应变计进行热应变测试的技术,对大型耐火浇注料预制件在升、降温过程中的温度分布及应变分布进行了研究.结果表明,在剧烈的升温或降温过程中,耐火浇注料内部将产生较大的热应变.开展这方面的研究有助于改进材料的材质和结构设计,提高操作水平,达到耐火材料长寿的目的.
