采用Couette型同轴双筒流变仪对半固态A356铝合金的等温稳态表观粘度进行了测试.结果表明:半固态A356合金的稳态表观粘度(ηa)随着固相分数(fs)的增加而增加,但随剪切速率(·γ)的增大而减小,当fs达到某一临界值之后,ηa迅速增加.可用方程ηa=2.79exp(6.27fs)·γ-0.7描述fs,·γ对ηa的影响.
