应用Pillbox模型研究了低碳钢高温变形对先共析铁素体相变形核率的影响,主要依据稳态形核率方法进行计算.为确定变形储能的数值,探讨了变形参数对变形储能的影响.计算结果表明,热变形使铁素体相变起始温度和最大形核率温度升高、相同温度条件下形核率增加、相变孕育期缩短,如进一步控制铁素体晶粒长大,可以起到促进晶粒细化的作用.
