结合压下率理论模型,考察了4个钢种连铸板坯轻压下率的变化规律.结果表明:低碳钢、低碳-包晶钢、包晶钢和中碳钢4个连铸钢种的压下率和压下速率的范围变化不大,分别为0.26-0.16 mm/m和0.37-0.22 mm/min;平均压下率和压下速率随钢种的变化也比较小,分别为0.21 mm/m和0.29 mm/min;钢种对压下量影响大,所需的压下量随两相区温度范围的变宽而增加.
