采用固相反应法合成了高温质子导体CaZr0.9In0.1O3-α.XRD分析表明,混合粉体经1673 K×10 h煅烧后形成了预期的钙钛矿结构的CaZrO3基固溶体.激光粒度分析表明,煅烧后的粉体粒度呈双峰分布,主峰对应0.389-0.584 μm,次峰对应3.409-5.867 μm,平均粒径为1.878 μm.采用热压铸成型并经1823 K×8 h烧结的质子导体管密度为理论密度的97.44%,SEM断口形貌显示其颗粒尺寸在1-3 μm之间,结构致密. EDS和电感耦合等离子发射光谱分析(ICP-AES)表明,烧结后的材料中In含量降低. DSC-TG分析表明这是由于在烧结过程中部分In2O3升华和离解造成的.CaZr0.9In0.1O3-α在空气氛中931-1300 K范围内的电导率为9.10×10-5-1.21×10-2S/cm,略低于氢气氛下的测定值,但高于CaZr0.9 In0.1 O3-α>在空气中的测定值,电导激活能为1.47 eV,符合理论预测.
