Sc的名义成分(质量分数,%)为0.10和0.30的NiAl二元合金中有富Sc相析出.与NiAl二元合金相比,在NiAl-Cr-Mo共晶合金中没有发现富Sc相,这与共晶合金中β相存在Sc元素的固溶度扩展现象有关.不同Sc含量的NiAl二元合金和NiAl-Cr-Mo共晶合金的压缩实验结果表明,Sc能提高NiAl二元合金的室温和高温强度,这是由于Sc的置换固溶强化与富Sc第二相强化所致;而Sc添加到NiAl-Cr-Mo共晶合金中,只是室温强度有所提高,对于高温强度无明显影响,这是由于Sc的置换固溶强化只在室温下比较明显.
