对半连续铸造的Al-4.6Mg-0.7Mn-0.1Zr-0.3Er(5083)合金均匀化退火过程中析出的Al3Er相的显微组织进行了透射电镜观察.结果表明,铸锭的均匀化退火过程中,合金中析出了大量的不同形状、尺寸的沉淀物,其中尺寸在10-50 nm之间的球形析出物为Al3Er相,它与基体保持共格/半共格关系.计算分析得出Al3Er粒子共格/半共格转换半径为rt=9.44 nm,与实验结果相近.
