通过XRD、SEM、EDS等方法,研究了添加Y2O3和Sm2O3的α-Sialon-AlN-多型体复相组份在热压过程中的致密化、相组成及微观结构的变化. 结果表明,复相Sialon组份,AlN-多型体先于α-Sialon形成,且易发生偏聚,很难均匀分散在α-Sialon中,但是与通常不一样, α-Sialon易发育成长颗粒状. 文中对长颗粒状的α-Sialon的形成进行了讨论.
