本文通过酸洗工艺对Si3N4粉体进行了表面改性,并研究了表面改性对粉体胶体特性及其浆料流动性的影响. 结果表明:酸洗处理之后悬浮粒子的等电点升高,XPS表面分析表明这是粉体表面氧化程度降低的缘故. 而且,由于酸洗处理有效地提高了粒子的Zeta电位,因而浆料的流动性明显得到改善,其最高固含量也由50vol.%提高到55vol.%,并制备出了固含量为53vol.%的、适于浇注的Si3N4浆料.
