用高分子网络凝胶法制备Al2O3粉体,通过网络的阻碍作用,阻止Al2O3的团聚,获得颗粒大小在10nm左右的α-Al2O3粉体,其煅烧温度比通常低100°C.

Nanoscale α-Al2O3 powders were prepared by the polyacrylamide gel method. Because polymer-network inhibits the aggregate of Al2O3, nanoscale α-Al2O3 powders with about 10 nm size can be obtained. Its calcination temperature is 1100C, which is 100C lower than general calcination temperature.
