以Fe-Mo为助烧剂,通过热压制备了TiB2陶瓷.研究了烧结温度、烧结时间对材料显微结构和力学性能的影响,分析了烧结致密化过程.实验结果表明,随着热压烧结温度升高,材料抗弯强度、洛氏硬度出现峰值,热压烧结时间延长,抗弯强度有所下降.液相烧结的重排阶段致密化速率最快.
