以正硅酸四乙酯[Si(OC2H5)4,TEOS]、磷酸三乙酯[PO(OC2H5)3,TEP]和四水硝酸钙[Ca(NO3)2·4H2O]为前驱体,用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了含有P2O5和不含P2O5的两种CaO-P2O5-SiO2系统生物活性玻璃.对凝胶采用TG-DTA技术研究了从凝胶到玻璃转变过程的热行为,探讨了其热反应机理,并通过玻璃的体外实验(in vitro)研究其生物活性.结果显示CaO-SiO2组成中加入P2O5热行为发生变化:300~420℃之间TEP的酯类基团氧化分解,570℃左右磷离子脱去残余的羟基.P2O5的引入导致玻璃表面形成的羟基磷灰石的晶体颗粒增大,结晶程度提高,改善了玻璃的生物活性.
