以Ti(n-OC4H9)4和CH3COOK为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法在载玻片上制得纳米平整度的四钛酸钾致密薄膜,并用原子力显微镜(AFM)分析了薄膜的表面结构.运用TG和XRD研究了四钛酸钾的生成过程.在四钛酸钾薄膜上进行十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)的自组装,通过测量自组装单分子膜(SAMs)因光催化分解而导致接触角变化研究薄膜的光催化性能.结果表明:薄膜由纳米颗粒组成,扫描范围为2μm×2μm的AFM图的均方根粗糙度(RMS)仅为4.1nm;四钛酸钾薄膜上形成的致密OTS单层膜的质量与在TiO2薄膜上相似,该薄膜具有较强的光催化能力.
