COMPARISON BETWEEN NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENTAL RESULT OF RESIN FLOW IN RTM

树脂充模是RTM工艺成型过程中的重要一环.研究了RTM工艺树脂流动过程的特点,建立了树脂渗流控制方程.采用贴体坐标/有限差分法模拟了树脂渗流过程,给出了不同时刻树脂流动前沿曲线及终止时刻压力场分布,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好.
