真空注射成型工艺是一种新型的复合材料液体模塑成型工艺,对沟槽型真空注射成型工艺开展了实验研究,通过充模实验确定了引流槽的宽度、深度和槽间距及主槽的槽间距等工艺参数并进行了优化;对影响充模过程的各种因素进行了详细的讨论,并以夹芯面板的制作实例阐述了沟槽型真空注射成型的工艺过程.
