探讨了酸、碱、水等介质对玄武岩纤维的刻蚀以及对其性质影响的可能性,测定了玄武岩纤维的组成,计算了玄武岩纤维的酸度系数和pH值.在对玄武岩纤维进行软化、硅烷偶联剂表面活化处理的基础上,利用玄武岩纤维和植物纤维进行杂化,制备了生态环境复合过滤材料.通过扫描电镜及红外光谱对其微观结构及其形成的机理进行了研究.结果表明,玄武岩纤维在植物纤维中均匀弥散,无机纤维和有机纤维各自的优良特性得到了充分的发挥.利用无规线团模型对其结构进行了描述,采用逾渗模型对其过滤性能进行分析,并讨论了打浆度、玄武岩纤维含量、胶粘剂等因素对复合材料性能的影响.制备的复合材料具有可重复使用、性能价格比高、对环境无二次污染,符合对环境协调、友好的生态环境材料的绿色化要求.
