为了深入了解复合材料固化过程的温度变化与微结构变化特征,设计了线热源加热的固化实验方法.采用SEM技术和3D温度采集系统考察了线加热条件下树脂体系的固化生长形态、微观结构的形成过程以及固化过程体系中的温度分布和变化规律.结果表明,线加热条件下形成的固化物表面微观形貌可以直观地反映均匀加热条件下树脂体系固化过程不同时刻体系微观形貌的形成历程.研究结果对理解复合材料热压成型过程中热传递方式、热应力与微观结构的形成机理具有一定的参考价值.
