建立了共注成型充模流动的有限元模型,并利用Matlab与Visual C++6.0混合编程技术开发了模拟软件,利用该软件对芯壳层熔体的粘度与芯壳层界面和移动前沿形貌之间的关系进行了数值模拟,并提出了确定关键成型工艺参数的指导原则.模拟研究结果与一些文献的实验结果相吻合.
