以3,3'-4,4'-二苯甲酮四甲酸二酐(BTDA)、4,4'-二胺基二苯醚(ODA)和三氟乙酰丙酮银(AgTFA)为主要原料,采用原位一步自金属化法制备了银含量为9%~15%的聚酰亚胺(PI)/银(Ag)复合膜,探讨了影响薄膜性能的各种因素,得到了同时具有高导电(表面电阻~1Ω)、高反射率(绝对反射率为65.3%)的PI/Ag薄膜.并通过透射电镜(TEM)研究了薄膜热处理过程与亚微相态之间的关系,定量探讨了反射率与固化时间之间的动力学方程.
