采用常压浇注工艺,制备了一种超薄、轻量、柔韧的复合材料--玻璃纤维织物/聚氯乙烯复合材料.利用双通道声学分析仪,分析研究了其隔声性能;利用SEM、DMA等,分析研究了该材料的结构和力学性能等.结果表明:该复合材料的隔声性能优于单一材料的隔声性能,在测试范围内,其隔声量超出了质量定律的预测效果,显示了该材料良好的隔声性能.
