采用石墨/二硫化钼填充改性聚苯酯/聚四氟乙烯复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能.研究表明,石墨和MoS2的加入不仅能够很好地改善Ekonol/PTFE复合材料的力学性能,使复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和硬度均有所提高,而且还使Ekonol/PTFE复合材料的摩擦系数增加,磨损体积减小,耐磨性能显著提高.当Ekonol含量为5%,石墨/二硫化钼总含量为8%时,拉伸强度、弯曲强度分别提高了31%和41%,硬度值约提高了7.3%.SEM分析表明,Ekonol/石墨/MoS2/PTFE复合材料的磨损主要以粘着磨损为主.
