根据软模热膨胀压力与复合材料推力筒壁厚和复合材料预成型体之间的变化关系,推导出了软模尺寸控制方程,并采用整体浇铸成型技术制备软模.对整体制备出的复合材料推力筒的轴压性能测试结果表明,复合材料推力筒整体力学性能优异,满足设计要求.与传统VARTM工艺相比较,软模辅助RTM能通过软模的膨胀挤胶作用,提高构件的纤维体积分数;通过加压作用,提高构件的致密性和表面质量,最终使其力学性能提高.
