采用自制的不同微观形态的纳米氧化铝与有机单体通过原位聚合制备出纳米氧化铝/有机氟聚合物复合乳液.纳米氧化铝在聚合前经过偶联剂改性,使其表面结合上活性基团以利于与有机单体聚合.采用多种分析手段对改性前后纳米材料以及所制备的复合乳液的微观结构及形态进行了表征,并对复合乳液整理后的涤纶织物进行了拒水拒油性测试.实验结果表明:偶联剂KH-570改性后的纳米氧化铝在有机单体以及合成的复合乳液中具有极好的分散稳定性,以珊瑚状氧化铝为原材料制备的复合乳液整理后织物拒水拒油性强于球状纳米氧化铝,而且与市售有机氟乳液相比,该复合乳液具有用量少、焙烘温度低、功能持久性强等优点.
