高级检索

采用反相高效液相色谱法测定食品中常见的8种食品添加剂:糖精、甜味素、苯甲酸、山梨酸、香兰素、咖啡因、胭脂红和日落黄.实验采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS分析柱,以甲醇-乙酸铵(pH7.0)(体积比为44:56)为流动相,在UV220nm处检测.样品经Carrez试剂处理去除杂质后直接进样,一次进样分析仅需8min.平均回收率为91.9%~108.5%,相对标准偏差小于4%(n=5).
