用一种新的计算程序进行毛细管气相色谱线性程序升温的优化。在OV-101固定相上对21种Kovats保留指数为600~1000的组分进行了自动寻优工作,并分别在起始温度为25℃和30 ℃的线性程序升温条件下取得了较好的结果。这种优化方法不但节省了计算时间,而且在对计算程序进行适当修改后,可以用于多阶程序升温的优化工作。

Linear temperature programming of capillary gas chromatogr aphywas opti mized by using a new method of gridding search. A point of gridding demonstrat e d a condition of temperature programmed and the resolution and the retention tim e were optimized at all gridding points. With a new design of calculation, the m ethod not only considered directly all components that were separated, but the v elocity of calculation was improved also. Twenty-one compounds of alkanes, alc ohols, halo-hyd rocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons, of which Kovats Indexes are varying from 600 to 1 000, were separated by this new method on an OV-101 column under linear temperatur e programming. Good results were obtained. The time for optimizing the 21 co mpounds was less than 1 min.
