高级检索

采用稀硝酸浸提、离子色谱法(IC)快速分析烟草中的钾及游离态氨。该法制样简便、测定快速,两种物质的标准曲线线性关系良好。方法的最低检测浓度:K+,0.05 mg/L;NH3,0.03 mg/L。回收率:K+,92.7%~106.7%;NH 3,96.5%~109.0%。整个分析过程仅需5 min,样品测试结果令人满意。
