通过XPS和循环伏安(CV)研究了La1-xSrxCoO3-δ系列钙钛矿氧化物的非化学计量行为,研究结果表明,氧化物中La和Sr的化学状态受其相对含量的影响较小,一部分Co3+却由于Sr取代La而转变成高价态Co4+,晶格氧空穴浓度也随Sr含量的增加而增加.
