高级检索

用机械共混法制备了Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3/聚苯胺复合材料,测量了材料的电学性能参数.与Bi0 5Sb1.5Te3相比,复合材料的Seebeck系数略有下降在290~300K温区内,复合材料的电导率随材料中聚苯胺含量的增加呈线性下降趋势.在室温下,聚苯胺加入量(质量分数)为2%的复合材料,其功率因子比Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3的低约30%.
