研究了O'-Sialon-BN复合材料在钢液中侵蚀的热力学和动力学过程,结果表明,O'-Sialon-BN侵蚀的主要原因是钢液中的[Mn]与试样晶粒间少量玻璃相中的SiO2发生化学反应生成MnO-SiO2-A12O3低熔点渣相并溶解;同时.钢液中的[O]与试样中的O'-Sialon反应生成SiO2和A12O3,产物SiO2又被钢液侵蚀掉;但BN不易与钢液反应因此,BN晶粒在侵蚀层内壁聚集,逐渐形成较厚的扩散层,阻碍了试样在钢液中侵蚀反应的进行O'-Sialon BN复合材料抗钢液侵蚀的动力学分为两段控制:前期由界面化学反应控制,后期由扩散控制,由此分别得出相应的侵蚀速度方程。
