采用紫外光氧化接枝的方法将亲水性的聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA)接枝到聚己内酯(PCL)表面,用水溶性碳化二亚胺-1-二甲基胺丙基-3-乙基碳化二亚胺作为缩合剂在接枝膜表面固定了明胶,并用衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)和光电子能谱(XPS)对其表面进行了表征.测量了水相动态接触角,研究了细胞相容性.结果表明,经过改性后的PCL膜表面的亲水性显著提高,内皮细胞在改性PCL表面上培养96 h后的细胞增殖率和活性均有明显提高.
