高级检索

用实时测量介电损耗的方法研究了氧化物SrFeCo0 5Oy和LiMn2O4的固相合成过程,结果表明,在固相合成过程中,材料的介电损耗突变点对应材料中相的变化.材料介电损耗的变化对应固相合成过程中材料相含量的相对变化.实时测量材料在合成过程中的介电损耗是得到性能优异材料的重要手段之一.
