用球磨分散方法制备了细颗粒B4C-SiC/C石墨复合材料,采用热分析仪测量了材料在800、1200和1400℃下的抗氧化行为,用扫描电镜观测了氧化样品的表面形貌.结果表明:细颗粒B4C-SiC/C石墨复合材料氧化后有优良的自愈合抗氧化性能,因为均匀分散的细颗粒陶瓷粒子可以迅速形成保护膜覆盖在基体表面,有效地抑制基体进一步氧化.
