研究了HVOF CoNiCrAlY和HVOF CoNiCrAlY/搪瓷复合涂层在900℃空气中氧化,以及850℃下75%NaCl+25%Na2SO4(质量分数,下同)熔盐中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:CoNiCrAlY涂层的抗热腐蚀能力由于NaCl的加入而受到严重影响,但CoNiCrAlY/搪瓷复合涂层在850℃的75%NaCl+25%Na2SO4中表现出良好的抗热腐蚀能力;在900℃的空气中,搪瓷层不但显著提高了CoNiCrAlY层的抗氧化能力,并且具有良好的粘附性,没有明显的剥落.
