制备不同P、Al、Cr含量的Thermo-Span合金,研究了磷对其持久性能的影响.结果表明,在1093℃固溶处理后,一种含磷相在合金的晶界和晶内析出;在1160℃固溶处理后,晶界上的含磷相消失,但是仍有少量在晶内析出.磷对合金持久性能的影响决定于其存在状态.当磷局部过度偏析而导致含磷相析出时,合金的持久寿命显著降低;当磷以原子态在局部适度偏聚时,合金的持久寿命显著提高.
