研究了三种Fe-15Cr-xAl(x=0,5,10,原子分数)合金在600℃于ZnCl2-KCl盐膜下的腐蚀行为.与氧化相比,所有合金在盐膜下均发生加速腐蚀,生成了疏松多孔的腐蚀产物膜,且发生内腐蚀.合金的腐蚀速率随着铝含量的增加而降低.铝的作用主要是由于Al2O3在腐蚀产物内层富集,充当阻挡层有效地阻碍了反应介质在膜中的传递.
