本文采用电弧熔炼/Cu模吸铸法制备尺寸为70mm×12mm×1.5mm的片状无Ni型Zr60Cu19Fe5Al10Ti6块体非晶合金.利用SRV摩擦磨损试验机考察了锆基块体非晶合金在干摩擦、蒸馏水和PBS人工模拟体液润滑下的摩擦磨损性能.利用形貌仪测量了块体非晶合金的磨损体积.利用SEM和EDS分析了块体非晶合金表面磨痕形貌及磨损产物成分.结果表明,在PBS溶液润滑条件下,块体非晶合金的磨损机制以腐蚀磨损及氧化物膜剥落导致的疲劳磨损为主.
