建立了TiNiFe形状记忆合金管接头变形和恢复两个过程的三维本构模型,采用有限元分析方法,对内脊型管接头组件的应力分布和拉脱力进行模拟,分别研究了内脊和脊高对拉脱力的影响.模拟所用到的TiNiFe合金材料参数由实验测得.结果表明:内脊的引入能够提高连接组件的拉脱力,在计算范围内,随脊高增加拉脱力线性增大.拉脱力实测值与模拟结果吻合较好,数值偏差在4%以内.
